My name is Jess, Owner & Lead Virtual Assistant at IdealAdmin, Inc. I graduated college with a degree in business management and an interest in entrepreneurship. I had no idea what path I would end up taking, but I knew my opportunities were endless. I always had a passion for general business and came from a family of entrepreneurs. The year I graduated, I became an Executive Assistant (EA) to the C-suite team of the largest Orthopaedic and Spine medical device distributorship in the country. I was their first and only EA until I eventually developed a team of support staff as our company continued to grow and the need became apparent. Shortly after, I became the Senior Executive Assistant, leading that team of other EAs, sales administrators and office administrators. 

I have been “managing up,” primarily for the CEO, as well as managing down for over 7 years. I have always had a vision of “being my own boss,” creating my own opportunities, building my own brand, and managing my own book of business. I enjoy meeting new people, understanding new industries, and networking with like-minded professionals. In my experience of working for a highly effective and demanding team in a constantly changing and dynamic environment, I’ve done it all. I quickly developed a passion for assisting successful, brilliant people grow their businesses, managing the time-consuming tasks and inefficiencies of the day-to-day and taking on any challenge that is thrown my way.
